Repair Cafe

The Repair Café is a free event for community members to connect and repair items together. Join us Saturday April 25th, 2026 to save money, reduce waste and learn new skills.

Join us for our 4th Annual CCSS Repair Café hosted in partnership with Comox Strathcona Waste Management Educators. Give your broken items a second chance and keep them from ending up in the land fill. Stash it, don’t trash it! We can fix it.

Skilled volunteers will be available to sharpen tools, and repair garden equipment, textiles, stuffies, jewelry, small appliances, electronics, wooden furniture and more!

This spring, the Café will also include a Community Clothes Closet free store, and Tinker Stations for both preschoolers and youth. Light refreshments will be available for community members to enjoy while waiting for their items to be repaired.

When: Saturday April 25, 2026. 11 AM- 3 PM
Where: Cumberland Community School Beaufort Gym
Cost: This is a free event! Donations are gratefully accepted.
