Program Leaders

Do you have a skill you’d like to share with your community? Do you enjoy spending time with children & youth? CCSS is seeking After-School Program Leaders for the upcoming year.

Program Leaders will develop and facilitate after-school programming for children & youth aged 5-14. Content of programs is based on instructor’s skill set- art, music, crafts, games, sports or outdoor adventures. Fall 2026 session runs late Sept- Dec. Winter 2027 session from late Jan- March. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday starting at 2:45 PM. Instructors are given the choice to volunteer their time or receive remuneration.

CCSS After-School Programs are offered at no cost to Cumberland kids and include a nourishing snack. We aim to reduce barriers to recreation so that all young residents have access to these valuable opportunities regardless of their socio-economic background.
