Thunderballs is back with over $17,000 worth of prizes in 20 fabulous prize packages! A raffle that is also an exciting golf ball race, this is a major fundraiser for CCSS programs.

Thunderballs is a token lottery where each ticket corresponds to a golf ball which is dropped and rolled down Dunsmuir Avenue in an exciting golf ball race. There are 4,000 tickets to be sold, with a single ticket costing $10 and 5 for $40. Proceeds support the Healthy Food Program, After-School Activities, Youth Centre, and the Cumberland Food Share.

Prizes include WestJet Gift of Flight, Mount Washington Gold Season Pass, $1,000 cash, mini vacations, pizzas, burritos, haircuts, and more! Check out the complete prize list below.

NEW THIS YEAR! A limited number of five-pack tickets will be available for sale online. Tickets will also be available in person at  Moon’s Records, Seeds Food Market, and from CCSS Staff & Board of Directors. Watch for pop-up ticket tables around the Village or visit the CCSS booth on Market Day, Saturday May 16th (while supplies last). $10 each, or 5 tickets for $40.
