Thunderballs 2024

Our annual Thunderballs fundraiser takes place Monday, May 20th, 2024 at 9:15am. With 20 spectacular prizes to be won, proceeds from the event support our Healthy Food Program, After-School activities, Youth Centre, and the Cumberland Food Share.

Fundraising for the Cumberland Community

Thunderballs is a token lottery where each ticket corresponds to a golf ball which is dropped and rolled down Dunsmuir Avenue in an exciting golf ball race. There are 4,000 tickets to be sold, with a single ticket costing $10 and 5 for $40. You can see the Rules of Play here.

Tickets can be purchased at Moon’s Records, Alley Cuts Salon, Seeds Food Market, from CCSS Staff & Board of Directors, or at one of our many pop-up ticket selling tables.
